TAGUS ANNOUNCEMENTS

I have a couple of announcements to make. If you are to bothered to read then all...at least read the end ;)...

First, want to thank to all my Tagus Friends. Since April 07 we've come a long way. Tagus group came from my own mind, but soon it became more, and involved many others. Many frienships were made on our land, on our parties, on other friends partys... We lost some friends to sl and rl, but we made others. And we will continue. Stronger.

Tagus staff will continue to do the primary work for you: invite new people for the group. It's lovely to see how many new friendships were made within the group, how we can always "be there" for each other... even if we are a grid appart... and how some of you responde to the call and announcements, and join us where we are (on concerts, on partys, on events or simply taking a group photo" ;))

Now that we are going straight to 1000 members (almost 800 nowadays), you can also help us to get there. How? Bringing your best friends to the group...and let then enjoy your pleasure too ;).

CHAT ON GROUP IM

Today Tagus friends are a group of residents that like to chat, party, meet, explore new places... I've noticed that since TAGUS IM have been opened for chat, stronger relationships are beeing made. So, as long as you treat your friends with respect, you can use freely Group IM to chat. Announcements not included on the next paragraph are limited to the previous approvation of TAGUS owners. Non complying (after beeing alerted) will cause ban.

And even if you do not like to chat and dont want to be disturbed, you can just close the session IM. You will continue receive group announcements and important notices or freebies...without having to be disturbed on that session...you don't have to leave the group itself.

TAGUS GROUP NOTICES AND PROMOTION ON EVENTS

You might have noticed that not only notices from Tagus Clubs are beeing promoted at Tagus Group. Any oficial event from any friend might be promoted...speccially if you are or know a Tagus VIP ("Tagus Best Friend" tag), with habilities to send notices. Live concerts, fashions shows, art expositions, Sim openings...are welcome to be announced here, at any times. DJ live partys or shops announcemments are restricted to the notices by any "Tagus Best Friend".

ps. You can become a Tagus VIP / Best friend, just for coming regularly to Tagus Club parties ;)

If you are a Tagus friend, TAGUS FRIENDS WEBLOG - on http://tagus.wordpress.com/ - is the place where you can meet offworld your friends. You can be an author and contribute. Use it as your personnal blog, if you want too… Place reflexions, opinions, critics… questions and topics about real or virtual life, the surrounding worlds… in english, portuguese or any other language. This languages mix is one of the features of Tagus and it's mix of friends from all over the world... Just ask the Godess (Afrodite) for an invitation and you will become one author too. Afrodite does not have her next door goddess tag anymore. She decided to "let go" Tagus single ownership.

And no one better to be invited as her partner on Tagus group, as her best friend PedroFerreira Petrov. For all new TAGUS friends, a little "History".
Pedro is involved on Tagus group since the beggining (even before TAGUS CLUB opening in June).
He was one of the first Neptunos, and the only one that remains on SL since that time. He has invited many of you, and known many others friends that have passed through TAGUS since that day.
He have been promoted from Neptunos (group promoter) to Host (party host) and lately, to TAGUS manager. Today I invited him to be my partner on Tagus ownership.
I think he is the best to continue our dream. For all the hard work, time and love he offered to TAGUS, without asking nothing in return... It's the least I can do now. I hope you all understand that.
As for me, I will continue the same as always. Will probably have more time to new SL and RL projects.
Any question you have...just shoot ;) one of us will be here for you ;)...

Please welcome him on this new path. Other TAGUS changes might occur from now on... but we'll keep you informed ;)

We know that we have some good designers, photograhers and thinkers within our group. So let me "provoke" (teasing) you.
We want a logo for TAGUS FRIENDS GROUP... So if you have a good ideia for a logo and want to do it, just send me one IM or notecard with a short description and we'll talk about it later...
